To our International customers:

We would like to extend our deepest apologizes for the problems we have been experiencing with filling orders. The cart system we use does not calculate international shipping and it has caused a great deal of problems with orders not propagating through the system (The cart is charging domestic charges only so orders remain “pending” in the system). To further exasperate the problem the U.K. is experiencing a postal strike which has further delayed parcels to arrive to a lot of the locations. We would like for you to know that we are addressing the problem and will get all orders to all customers taken care of.

Our system is not set up to calculate international shipping, so we must manually adjust your shipping cost after you place your order and before you complete payment.
